Yael (Yah-elle) Franco is a Certified Arborist and holds a Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) from the International Society of Arboriculture. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz in Environmental Studies, and a Master's degree from Oregon State University in Natural Resources.
